Scheduling Services
The Booking Platform allows customers to schedule services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the following day.
Corporate Office Hours
Our Corporate Office hours are from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Hours and availability may vary from time to time. All users of the Platform are required to adhere strictly to this policy. You can email the company at any time at moonlighthealingohio@gmail.com.
After-Hours Service
We are pleased to offer after-hours service. Please note that we can only accept cash payments of the exact amount for these services. As our location is a secured facility, customers must contact us upon arrival.
Emergency Immediate Service Request Surcharge Policy
Our facility is available 24 hours a day to accommodate customer needs. However, for immediate service requests that require urgent attention outside of regular booking hours, a surcharge will be applied.
Surcharge Amount: A surcharge of $10 will be added to the total cost of service for any immediate need requested by the customer.
Break of Cost: If you require immediate service and have made a purchase of $55 for Reiki Healing after regular booking hours, an additional charge of $10 will apply. This brings the total cost for the service to $65.00. The additional charge will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
Definition of Immediate Need: An “immediate need” is defined as any request that requires prompt action and cannot reasonably wait until normal business booking hours. This includes but is not limited to urgent consultations, or energy healing.
Cash Payments: We can only accept payments of the exact amount for walk-in or after hours.
Call 911: In the event that a customer requires immediate help or is experiencing an emergency, it is imperative to call 911 without delay. Our staff is trained to assist with general inquiries and support; however, we are not equipped to handle emergencies. For your safety and well-being, please prioritize contacting emergency services for urgent situations. Your health and safety are our top concerns.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Notice Requirement: Customers must provide a minimum of two (2) hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling within the twenty-four (24) hours preceding the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies or other significant, documented impediments to attendance, the Customer may submit a written request for an exception to this policy. Approval of any such exception is at the sole discretion of Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC and may require supporting documentation.
CANCEL, REFUND, CREDIT, CONTACT:
Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel a service within the allowable cancellation period to be eligible for a full refund.
Full Refunds
In the event of cancellation within the specified period, a full refund shall be processed for online readings or healing services. Said refund shall include all applicable taxes, fees, and other charges. This refund policy does not apply to in-person readings, energy healing, or PDF product services that include follow-up video sessions.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) to twelve (12) business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction.
Store Credit Option
If a customer prefers a internal credit instead of a cash refund, a one-time credit toward future services will be issued.
Credit Conditions:
Such credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and will expire six (6) months from the date of issuance.
It is the customer's responsibility to redeem any credits before the expiration date. Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC is not responsible for tracking credit expiration dates.

NO-SHOW

Response Period
If the customer does not respond or submit a cancellation or rescheduling request within three (3) business days following the missed appointment, Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC reserves the right to retain the full payment for the scheduled service.
Exceptional Circumstances
Customers experiencing documented medical emergencies or significant impediments that prevent attendance may request a one-time credit toward future services.
Credit Validity: This credit will be valid for six (6) months from the original appointment date.
Credit Request Timeline
If clients wish to request a credit instead of payment retention, they must do so within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the three (3) business days given for cancellation or rescheduling.

Agreement to Pricing and Billing Practices

Billing Structure

Responsibility for Charges
Flat-rates are subject to change; however, you are responsible for all charges incurred per call or chat session at the flat-rate applicable for the Advisor as indicated at the time of your engagement. Charges for these services will be billed to the credit card you provided during registration or any other credit card that you may have subsequently supplied.

Company's Right to Record

Control Over Recordings

REFUSAL OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to deny services to any individual in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This right may be exercised for various reasons, including but not limited to violations of company policies or legal statutes.
In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected or where an individual violates relevant legal statutes while using the Company’s websites or services, the Company may initiate legal proceedings against that party.
Furthermore, if a service provider determines that a patron’s behavior or language is inappropriate, offensive, or threatening, the provider has the authority to discontinue services immediately. This decision will be communicated promptly to the Customer Service department.
Individuals whose services have been terminated due to such conduct may face restrictions on future access to the Company’s websites and services. These restrictions may include denial of entry and use of all services provided by the Company.

The Customer acknowledges that Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC has provided full and transparent disclosure of its booking policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and credit policies, via its website and booking confirmation emails. By proceeding with any booking, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in these policies and accepts full responsibility for understanding and complying with them. The Company shall not be held liable for any misunderstandings or claims arising from the Customer’s failure to review or comprehend the terms. The Customer acknowledges that this Policy has been presented in its entirety prior to the initiation of services. By proceeding to utilize services offered by Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC, the Customer confirms their explicit assent to the terms outlined in this Policy, thereby creating an enforceable agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that neither the Company nor its directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates (including parent or subsidiary companies), agents, representatives, joint venture parties, independent contractors, third-party information providers, merchants, or licensors will be liable to you, in contract or tort, for any loss or damages, actual or consequential, arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use or inability to use the Sites or Services, or your reliance upon any information. Both parties agree that any legal action, litigation, or proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement shall be initiated exclusively in the local jurisdiction of the Middletown Municipal Court located in the State of Ohio. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such court for any disputes arising under this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Policy establishes a binding agreement between Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC and the Customer. By utilizing Moonlight Spiritual Guidance LLC's services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein, recognizing that this Policy is legally enforceable and that the Customer has read, understood, and accepted all provisions stated. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and the Customer hereby consents to such jurisdiction. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By signing or otherwise agreeing to this Policy, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the entire policy, including the limitation of liability and the governing law provisions, and agrees to be bound by its terms.
